Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee. We'll keep you updated on the status of your order.
While we take the utmost care with every pair of shoes, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains or damage. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, age-related wear, or issues that occur during the cleaning process due to the shoe's condition.
Payment is due upon delivery of cleaned shoes. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App.
